One of the benefits of guava leaves are treating sprue. It's easy peachy, just  provide a handful of guava leaves and a piece of its bark, wash it clean. Boil one liter of water until the remaining water is approximately one glass. After it is cold, filter the water and drink all at once.


17. Cucumbers
