6. During menstrual cramps:  A handful well dried  handeuleum leaves, boiled in 4 cups of water. Drink like we drink tea 3 times a day. Note: Should be taken at least before menstruation.

Swelling due to got hit or fall : finely grounded, barks of handeuleum, and place it on the swelling part of the body.

Rheumatism: A handful of leaves Uungu leaves (Graptophylum pictum Griff), washed and crushed. Apply on the affected part.
